We realize that you are unique and we personalize the service we deliver to each client. To help us meet your specific needs, be sure to let us know in advance of special conditions we should be aware of, including pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc.

What should I bring to the spa?

You do not need to bring anything special to enjoy the extraordinary services at Advanced Beauty Care. To ensure your comfort, we provide luxurious Frette robes and slippers for your use while visiting the spa. Our serene treatment room offers optimum comfort with a heated mattress pad, warm herbal comfort pack, and neck roll, as well as heated booties and hand mitts. We also feature Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, as well as a healthy array of refreshments, including organic snacks, mineral water, and green tea.

How early should I check-in to the spa?

Arriving early will allow you to enjoy each minute of your treatment, so we recommend that you check-in 10 minutes prior to your appointment. To avoid delays for the next client, your service will end promptly on time, so a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

As a courtesy, please give 48 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment to avoid being charged the full service rate.
